The graduate conference will explore the theme of “Power, Conflict, Resistance”. It will include a reading by Fishamble Theatre Company of extracts from Rosaleen McDonagh’s new play Protégée and paper presentations by MPhil graduates. The keynote lecture will be given by veteran social activist and human rights campaigner Bernadette McAliskey who currently works with migrants as part of the South Tyrone Empowerment Programme (STEP).
