4th National Social Marketing Conference addresses the core of behaviour social & societal change November 2012

The 4th annual social marketing conference entitled Behaviour Change, Social Change and Societal Change was all about "listening to and learning with the people we want to work with, whether we term them clients, target groups or citizens" - an action at the core of behaviour, social & societal change. The keynote speakers were Professor Rebekah Russell-Bennett, Strathclyde University/Queensland University of Technology and Matthew Wood, Brighton University, UK.
